Well I'm on holiday this week so I shall actually make this one,
looking forward to it and as it's an earlier kick off I might get one of the big M's horse tips as well.
Also meeting up with anyone I've possibly offended over the last few weeks or months, if you want to hit me and you don't know who I am I'm the one in the man utd shirt but I might wear my chelsea shirt instead so take no chances and have it out with anyone in those shirts!!

Or even worse, you might stop near The Victoria Hotel to blow your nose and get bundled onto the happy clappy Charlton bus and end up at The Valley!  Laughing

Whilst on the subject of Saturday's game, why the venue change?  I thought the pitch at the school was too short or narrow for our level of football anyway?

Different competition old boy, different competition. Anyway I've probably ruined the touchline chugging up and down it with that silly flag in my hand - and me having the turning circle of that tanker those pirates have hijacked. Still as there have been two assistants assigned to the game I'll be able to get that pint at half time....won't I cityaddick?
Anyway don't worry GOH I'll let everyone know who you are!

It'll be cheaper at Otford next week so I'll get you one there...

Oh, hang on there was a game of football taking place today.

Well done City a good battling performance and progress in the cup. Mind you the draw doesn't look kind to us - now we're home to Otford and if we win that we might be at UKC or Hollands and Blair. Still you've got to beat them sometime if you want to win it.

Refreshing to hear Luke and Wayne saying that the players want to secure a treble this season adding 2 cups to a league title! I'd settle for the latter although the Cup Final day out last year was an absolute cracker.

So to Otford... a win for City and a draw for APM/UKC would be perfect. Let's just keep our fingers crossed that we get the run of the ball as we did last time we met!

cover blown again, just don't tip bainesy off to who I am!!
if you knew it was me we could have had a discussion with each other, especially as we were so close to each other in the victoria hotel afterwards. (seperate rooms of course) we could of put the worlds to right and discussed the raffle and to how I bought one of the first strips and had numbers 451 and above, yet the winning number was 309. i'm not bitter
i'm just pleased for MD that he won all 4 prizes!
and as for the hammers hat I can't believe you can mention anything after the drubbing your boys took saturday.
also for all the city historians out there the copper on crowd control duty saturday was fat stu the old kingsmead announcer.

OK OK calm down G of H! I think you may be confusing me with a supporter of the mighty CAFC, where as I ofcourse am only interested in rugby, cricket, and Canterbury City.... well at the moment anyway...

Fat Stu ay? whould have thought it ? he looked slimmer than me.

And last but not least a pint of guinness and I talk to anyone, especially if anyone buys it !
