Royston committing himself to City for next season despite approaches from clubs in higher leagues speaks volumes for him.
It also speaks volumes for the ethos and conduct of the club.

I agree wholeheartedly and can understand the lure of staying. There's a good atmosphere around the club, we've been on the way up and it'll be more sensible to stay at City and take on the challenge of football at a higher level with us.
After that, only time will tell, but I think he's made a wise move by deciding to stay for next sason. Good luck to Royston and all the City boys for 08-09 season.
COME ON CITY!!! |

Margate are in a state of turmoil at present. Because of financial problems they will be relying on their young reserve players to play in the Ryman Premier League next season. They are cheaper although inexperienced at this level. They are also looking for any other young players.
Numerous of their long time supporters think that this policy is a mistake and that a blend of youth and experience is needed for the Ryman Premier League. The hope is that the young players who are thrown in the deep end much too early will not have their in football careers ruined. |
