People used to put first elevens on the forum, but as so many players read this, it was decided that it was a bit unfair to single players out and criticise others.  It wasn't an official supporters decision, but since that thread a while ago, that's what seems to have happened.

Socksy your a diplomat and as usual so very right, and the only reason you get upset with my 11 is that there werent enough toys in playschool to make a team? even with Big Ted in goal.

You're a clown Cityaddick.  Big Ted?  No chance, Teddy Edward's in the best form of his life.  What about Gemima on the right wing and Hanbal on the left with a middle two of George and Zippy?  That's a midfield to die for.  If only these dream teams could come true, I'd love to see it.  Most important decision though?  Should I watch the game through the round window, square window or arch window?!?

I have to say that I am starting to despair with this football forum. It seems to be the home of people who have absolutely no idea what they are talking about. Big Ted? Little Ted? Hanbal? Hanbal? I ask you...... it's HAMBLE. Please get it right.

Errrr, Lydd away. Saturday. 1-30 kick off. Cup Tie. You know it makes sense although to be honest it might call for the wearing of the thermals.

Anyone fancy a stab at the City line-up? Last week I'm told that Dave had virtually a full squad to choose from so it came as no surprise to find the game called off. Sods law. Some tough decisions ahead for the boss although it wouldn't surprise me to see him once again give a runout to those who've not played for a while. Hopefully Hodgey will get a start; no game for the ressies so probably another chance for Danny Wrench and perhaps Dan Langiano. I guess the starting XI will tell us something of Dave's priorities.

Here goes then a stab in the dark:

Danny Wrench

Tony Jackson
Justin Hodge
Luke Lockhart
Jamie Maxted

Ashley Tuite
Troy Smissen
Ben Smith
Scott Lawford

Harry Gower
Dan Bonneywell

No idea why but hey it's an XI
